In this role you are part of a team responsible for maximizing the sales, profitability &amp; planning of seasonal buying and in-season trading to lead the merchandising strategy for the market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for Assortment planning for the channel in collaboration with CTC team<\/li>\n<li>Support development of in-season range planning and forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Form in-season products tracking framework to drive understanding of product performance<\/li>\n<li>Enter various forms of data into system to support the allocation &amp; order execution, merchandising applications<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities and implement process to create efficiencies across channels<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with channel team to meet organization target and objective to meet merchandising best practice<\/li>\n<li>Internal alignment &amp; coordination with key stakeholders to efficiently launch products manage sell thru<\/li>\n<li>Support in analyze data and generating reports such as sell thru \/ forecast \/ allocation and key take-aways for the season<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of key merchandising reports<\/li>\n<li>Manage workload and schedule to support and meet all deadlines with accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Key Metrics<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>1.\u00a0Cluster NS\/Contribution%<\/div>\n<div>2.\u00a0Channel\/Partner\/Sell-thru %<\/div>\n<div>3.\u00a0On time Season\/Campaign launches<\/div>\n<div>4.\u00a0In-Season Trading\/forecasting<\/div>\n<div>5.\u00a0Information and Reporting<\/div>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Great imagination skills &amp; process oriented &amp; multitasking personality<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency on MS Office Applications Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write reports, business correspondence and present clearly to any audience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 Years of overall work experience in Merchandising<\/li>\n<li>University degree or equivalent education required or from NIFT or other Fashion college degree<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years relevant work experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>COURAGE:\u00a0<\/strong>Speak up when you see an opportunity; step up when you see a need..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>OWNERSHIP:\u00a0<\/strong>Pick up the ball.
